We are only able to offer refunds if a custom product has an incorrect number or spelling of a name on the back of the shirt, or if the product is significantly faulty.
We inspect every shirt before it goes out, but if an error does slip through, contact [email protected] with proof of purchase and photographic evidence.
If you supply sufficient evidence, we will endeavour to provide a replacement – if that is not possible, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.
