Overview
We are only able to offer refunds if a custom product has an incorrect number or spelling of a name on the back of the shirt, or if the product is significantly faulty.
We inspect every shirt before it goes out, but if an error does slip through, contact hello@roundballaustralia.com.au with proof of purchase and photographic evidence.
If you supply sufficient evidence, we will endeavour to provide a replacement – if that is not possible, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.
