These terms cover use of Round Ball Australia Clipper (“the app”), an internal publishing tool operated by Round Ball Australia, an Australian football podcast.
Who can use the app
The app is for the Round Ball Australia team only. It is used to publish Round Ball Australia’s own videos to Round Ball Australia’s own social media accounts. It is not available to the public, and no account other than Round Ball Australia’s may be connected to it.
What the app does
With the permissions granted at sign-in, the app uploads videos and captions created by Round Ball Australia to its connected accounts, either publishing them at a chosen time or saving them as drafts, and reads the performance of those posts.
Platform rules
Everything published through the app must comply with the terms, community guidelines and developer policies of the platform it is published to, including TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and Meta’s Terms and Platform Terms. Round Ball Australia is responsible for the content it publishes, including having the rights to any footage, images and music it contains.
Availability
The app is provided as is, for internal use. It depends on third-party platforms, and it may change, pause or stop working at any time, for example when a platform changes its service.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
